(I assume your from america/Uk?), that's prety cool in my opinion and if it will lead to a reduction in lines and customer complaints due to waiting long periods while wanting to buy stuff then so be it! Here in Australia, they are actually testing it in a few locations and it might be a few more years yet (2010?) before it gets implemented throughout Australia... As for those losing their job... well they better prop up their resume and look for another one pronto! Haha me included.... even if it is only a part time job for me :D Anyhow, great post dude.
